Worship at St. Paul's is every Sunday at 11:00am and you are warmly invited to come and share worship with us. St. Paul's URC is grouped with three other churches in the North Kent URC group. These are Northfleet URC, Hartley URC and Southfleet URC. |

St. Paul's URC was built in the 1960's following the successive mergers of the former Princes Street, Clarence Place and Milton Mount and Kings Farm Congregational Churches and the St Andrew's Presbyterian Church. This merger presaged the later formation of the United Reformed Church in 1972 by the union of the Congregational Church in England and Wales and the Presbyterian Church of England. The URC has continued to express its deep commitment to the visible unity of the whole Church. It united in 1981 with the Re-formed Churches of Christ and in April 2000 with the Congregational Church in Scotland. It continues talks with other traditions and in more than 400 local churches it has united with other denominations. |
